As NBHC, he is actively involved in strategic planning and implementation of technologies that enhances operational efficiency of NBHC's highly distributed operations and further allows greater measurement and mitigation of risks.

He was awarded the ‘Newcomer CTO Award’ at the CIO Strategies Indian Awards 2008 by Time Magazine for SOA Implementation and the 2nd Runner up ‘CTO Awards 2004’ by Indian Express Group for the First Implementation of Cluster Framework in a VPN environment.

Prior to NBHC, Nirvan has been associated with other companies leading the IT Division as its CTO in Performics, Zenith Optimedia, Mobilix and Mid-day Group, Rediff.com apart from working in consulting firms such as Boston Consulting as Engineering Practice Lead.

Nirvan is a Computer Science Graduate from IIT Mumbai.

Dharmendra is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 19 years of expertisein Financial Operations &Strategic Planning and brings a wealth of experience in accounting, financial planning, analysis, taxation, and audits. He is proficient in designing and executing financial strategies as well as fostering corporate growth and value creation through strategic business alliances and technology utilization.

As the Chief Financial Officer, he currently spearheads the Finance & Accounts Department and is responsible for Business Finance, Procurement, Risk Management, Strategic Planning, Treasury, Taxation, MIS, Insurance & Secretarial functions. Additionally, he is responsible for bringing synergy into capital allocation decisions and investment management with a prime focus on driving the financial performance & profitability of the company.

He joined NBHC as a Finance Controller in 2020 and was promoted to Deputy Chief Financial Officer in 2022. He has played a key role in developing and implementing financial procedures to improve and maintain the company’s financial health while keenly overseeing the overall accounting/taxation processes.

Prior to joining NBHC, Dharmendra held several leadership positions, including those with Edelweiss Group (Agri business), Shree Shubham Logistics Ltd., A2Z Maintenance & Engineering Services Ltd., and Vimal Metro India.

Abhay has over 28 years of Banking experience which includes managing various segments related to Commercial Banking with primary focus on Agri-business, Rural Banking, Relationship Management, SME Lending, Corporate Lending Banking, Credit, Branch Banking, Audit & Compliance.

At NBHC, he plays a role in leading the Risk Management & Compliance Division to ascertain risks and acquiescence areas across all verticals and external vendors in the company on an incessant basis and monitor the control systems. He is also responsible for the administrative and functional control of the entire Audit function of the company by providing timely guidance for implementing the Audit Process in the most effective manner.

Before joining NBHC, he has held leadership positions with RBL Bank, Axis Bank, HDFC Bank and Allahabad Bank.

Abhay is a Post Graduate in Agriculture and has completed his Management of Business Management (MBF). He is also a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB). He has also passed the Limited Insolvency Examination, from the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. (IBBI).

Ritesh comes with over 17 years of corporate experience in Human Resource function across diverse sectors namely FMCG, FMCD, Pharma, and Agriculture. He brings a strong blend of general management and HR functional skills to NBHC and is instrumental in creating a progressive culture through driving efficiencies, which are in alignment with business needs.

Ritesh is recognized as a dynamic HR leader with expertise in delivering sustained results in a matrix environment, across geographies. He has made significant contributions to several change initiatives that have accelerated turnarounds and growth efforts for businesses.

He excels at creating HR footprints, fostering employee values, and Culture change. His areas of expertise in HR include Digitalization of Processes, Employee & Industrial Relations, Talent Management, Leadership Hiring & Development, Succession Planning, Organization Structure and Design, Compensation & Benefits Planning, Rewards, Culture Development, and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Prior to joining NBHC, he held leadership positions at Godrej Agrovet Ltd. & Astec Life Sciences Ltd., Gandour, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd., KOHLER India Corporation, and Pepsico India Holdings Pvt. Ltd.

Ritesh holds a Post Graduate Degree in Business Management in HR from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. He is currently pursuing Ph.D. from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and additionally serves as a Member of the Advisory Boards for some of the prestigious Universities.

Pankaj has over two decades of rich experience in Supply-chain Management of agri-commodities as well as Business Development and Administration Functions. He has extensively worked in the areas of Marketing of Agri-Inputs, Agri-Commodities, and Warehousing & Logistics.

He joined NBHC in March 2007 and since then; he has been actively leveraging his experience and strong pan-industry linkages for creating a vast network of business relationships with prominent corporates. He can also be credited for having built the highest volume business in the industry. Additionally, he is also responsible for developing business at Ports.

In the past, he has been associated with Chambal Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd.

Pankaj holds an MBA Degree in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management (IIPM). He alsohas a Post Graduate Degree and a BSc Degree in Agriculture.

Santosh has over 18 years of experience in the fields of Retail, Agri & Rural Banking.

At NBHC, hehas successfully completed more than a decadein spearheading the Warehousing & Finance business and is currently responsible for strengthening the financial & operational performance of the division, including adjacent new opportunities for business growth.

As an accomplished leader, Santosh has led the growth strategy and execution through development of disruptive solutions and remained focused on driving corporate policies and financial performance. He has been instrumental towards contributing in the overall growth and development of NBHC’s business in Rajasthan (East) State across critical parameters such as Expansion of Customer base, Scaling Professional Warehousing Business, Profitability & Cost Optimization, Effective Team Management, etc.

Before joining NBHC, hehas held senior positions at organizations such as Axis Bank Ltd., Triveni Retail Venture Ltd., Aadhar Retailing Ltd and Hariyali Kisaan Bazaar.

Santosh holds a Bachelor's Degree from Rajasthan University and has successfully completed Technical Courses in SAP and other IT Packages.

Vishal has more than 17 years of experience in the field of Agri-Commodity Trading in Physical & Futures Commodity Exchanges, Commodity Financing and Retailing.

At NBHC initially, he spearheaded the Trade Facilitation business for almost seven years, which included six years of his functioning as the State Head of Maharashtra. He has been instrumental towards contributing in the overall growth and development of NBHC business in Maharashtra State across critical parameters namely Growth in Asset Under Management (AUM), Expanding Customer base across geography, Scaling Professional Warehousing Business, Revenue and Cost Optimization. He has been honoured with several leadership accolades including the 'Best State Head of the Year Award' for 2016, 2017 and '2nd Runner-Up' in 2019.

At Pestinct, he is responsible to take the Pest Management Business to the next level of growth.

He is noted to be a sound communicator and negotiator holding sharp analytical strengths. His financial acumen has played a pivotal role in strengthening the crux of the business year-over-year, driving towards the winning spree. His foresightedness comes out from his timely commitment of tasks which enables him to strengthen the brand image and further harmonize long-term associations with customers. This peculiar insight enables his team to perform at higher pace and also intensifies their approach towards work.

Vishal holds a Chemical Engineering Degree, an MBA in Marketing from VAMICOM-Pune and a Certificate in International Trade from IIFT-Delhi.

Ajit is a seasoned professional having a rich experience spanning around 20 years in various domains such as Dairy Manufacturing, Nutraceuticals and Food Testing & Auditing as per FSSAI, APEDA, EIC regulations. At Procomm, he is responsible for overseeing all functions pertaining to Quality Assaying, for Internal Collateral Management & Warehousing Business along with 3rd Party Customers.

As an established leader, he has demonstrated success in increasing revenue, market share, cost reduction, enhancing customer satisfaction & efficiency with optimization of resources.

Before joining NBHC, Ajit he associated with Taklogi Marketing. His other past associations include corporates such as Envirocare Labs., MicrochemSilliker (a subsidiary of Merieux NutriSciences, France) and Alkem Laboratories holding responsible leadership positions.

Ajit holds a Post-Graduation Diploma in Alternative Medicine from IIOAM, Kolkata and a B.Tech (Dairy Technology) from College of Dairy Technology, IGAU.

Siddhartha has a rich and varied experience of over 28 years in Litigation, Arbitration, and Recoveries& Compliance. He has been associated with NBHC for more than ten years and serves as a Collaborative Business Partner to the Senior Leadership Team of the organization.

In the past, he has worked with renowned companies like National Stock Exchange, MCX Stock Exchange and Transport Corporation of India. Before joining NBHC, he has worked with National Stock Exchange for almost a decade and was involved in various transitional phases of the exchange where he handled litigation, arbitration, framing of Model Byelaws, Rules and Regulations.

A persuasive expert having demonstrated history of successfully leading in-house Legal Functions and holding strong negotiating skills, he is noted to deliver innovative legal and business solutions, based upon resourceful legal strategies.
