NBHC follows many practices that are implemented to create a welcoming atmosphere for the employees. The new joinee is introduced to NBHC's Vision, Mission and its core values and they are also hand-held through the policies and processes of the organization.

Talent Management:

Business growth can take place only through people growth.People development is an integral part of NBHC's corporate culture. Potential is developed through training at the entry point and throughout the career. An organization's most invaluable resource is its people, which is futuristic and can add value for years. It is their Attitude, Skill, and Knowledge which gives the organization its competitive edge.

Potential is recognized and opportunities for further learning are provided. Regular Functional, Technical and Development programs are conducted to ensure that employees are well equipped to perform their current and potential role(s) at all times. The training program, every year galvanize a large number of fresh graduates into seasoned professionals. The larger goal is not only to groom technical talents but also to bring out the leader in our employees.

The Training Programs are categorized into Induction programs, Functional trainings depending on the roles and responsibilities -- include technical trainings, non-technical trainings and product trainings -- and enrichment programmes designed for soft skills development of the employees.

NBHC has also put in place well-designed Management Trainee Development program to hire best management graduates through Campus recruitments. MTs are put through "On" and "Off" Job - training and put on challenging assignments to prepare them for future leadership roles.
